Five Surefire Ways to Engage Students, Part Two: Multiple Intelligences & Learning Styles

The subject of multiple intelligences and learning styles to me brings to light that in today's educational environment does an educator really have the opportunity to learn or even pay attention to the different learning styles of their students. We have over crowded classrooms, schools shutting down, and districts that are more concerned about their MAP Test scores. When would does the teacher have time to focus on the students? In some school districts, the teachers are even losing their jobs, due to budget cuts.
